A long flight from San Francisco to Mexico City and then finally to Lima, Peru. The picture above to the right is overlooking the the biggest city in the world, in terms of area, better known as Mexico City. 

A word of advice when traveling, arrive early and take of everything that is metal based when going through security, as well as listen and read the instructions. Our Chinese superstar Xiang Li, had an "interesting" experience at every airport on the way to Lima.

The yoga meister Christian "Gallito" Allaire, found a spiritual connection with like minded individuals on the local train. They came to be be called the "Spiritual Four"
