Best Meal Ever

Then our generous client Carlos treated us to unanimously one of the most delicious meal we have ever had! We went to the swank Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian Fusion) restaurant Costanera 700 in the Miraflores district. We had an elaborate multi course dinner with the main entree-a fish that has been cooking for hours, set in ice and then set on fire. It was a spectacular meal with excellent company!
